Committees

  • Website Committee - Being responsible to the Submissive Voice by maintaining a consistent electronic/internet image to who we are as a club. Changing the website as necessary to reflect current information and also putting forth effort to announce future discussion topics.
  • Public Relations Committee - Responsible for ensuring that the BDSM Community receives, through the media and other means, information regarding the goals, programs, projects, and achievements of Submissive Voice Members and The Submissive Voice as a group.
  • Fund Raising Committee - Responsible for preparing a budget of estimated income and expenses to propose to the membership, and for securing the funds, through projects like TLC’s Spaghetti Dinners, to meet budgeted expenses.
  • Sponsor / Buddy Program Committee - Responsible for identifying ways the club can help new submissives adjust themselves locally and become adapted to the social, economic, and moral demands they face. This committee will work closely with the Membership Committee.
  • Interclub Committee - This committee is responsible for attending other meetings of other local lifestyle clubs/groups. "Interclubing" is when 2 or more members of our group attend an official meeting of another group.
  • Project Development Committee - Responsible for suggesting ways and means for the club to render effective services for early developing tasks. This committee will only bring plans of action to the meetings and then if approved by membership, will be handed to the committee necessary to develop.
  • Club Meeting Committee - Responsible for providing the most effective club meetings possible, including setup for meetings, agendas, speakers, member reception & fellowship.
  • Membership Committee - Responsible for membership retention, new member recruitment, induction, orientation, and member interest.
  • Birthday Committee - Everyone has them, and we celebrate them. So let us know when your birthday is!

We are all responsible for suggesting ways the club can encourage the human and spiritual submissive rather than the materialistic submissive values of life, and for promoting nondenominational spiritual activity in the club
